Phil went through a long process to get us approved to have a deck! A friend was a huge help and did most of the drawings and A LOT! of the work, but my hubby sure did help out quite a bit :) He esp. got a nice tan (read BURN!).. Cole had a great time watching daddy and Mr. Tom do the work! I was able to lay on the couch while Cole stood at the door watching them for 3 days! :)
