Mothers Day

I am one lucky mommy! My mothers day started out great! The kids slept in until 7am, which is huge since they normally get up at 5:45!! I got to snuggle my babies and get the sweetest gift ever. They got stones for us to do their handprints and put in the flower beds. I can't wait to do them!

I then went on a 3.5 mile run which felt great. The weather was gorgeous and I wanted to be outside all day :). When I got home I told the kids it's mothers day, so mommy can do what she wants! I told the kids to pack snacks we were off to Dutch Wonderland!!! They love it there! We had a wonderful time and the kids loved riding the train :). Both Cole and Avery were amazing. In wonderful mood and great listeners. I was such a proud momma :). These kids rock. They seriously are they best ever. When we got home Avery went down for a nap and Cole and I played outside. I pushed him crazy high on his swing and we had the best conversation ever. This kid can carry on a great conversation. He stops me in my tracks and amazes me how intelligent he is and how so tentative he is. I love him and his little sister so much :)
