Happy Thanksgiving and a few days afterwards

We hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving!! We had a great day! Phil and I had a 4 day weekend and enjoyed every minute of it! But we were quite the busy bee's! On Thursday we had Thanksgiving dinner at his mom-mom's with the Shoemakers. Friday we enjoyed the day shopping (Phil hated it!), Friday night Phil had his 10yr high school reunion and stayed out late! it's been awhile since he has walked in that door at 2am!! On Saturday we went up and visited friends that came into town, and on Sunday Grama came up and enjoyed a little story time with Cole, he then went down for a nap and my mom and I were able to go shopping while the boys stayed home! Enjoy the pictures!

I was telling Phil's Aunt Terri how I'm afraid of Cole choking, and I haven't given him anything other than something I've pulled apart, broken into tiny pieces etc.. So since she is a nurse, I decided Thanksgiving was the perfect day to just let my baby grab and eat! Of course Aunt Terri decided to start with a cookie....

And then some cream pie.....

Cole's first time eating off of a plate! He is doing great! I am so happy to get him eating on a plate, rather than spreading food all over her tray!! A plate is much easier to wash than a tray! :)

Whenever my mom calls she wants to talk to Cole.. Here is the face he always has when she is talking to him! He just smiles sooo big and gets sooo excited to hear her voice! He loves her soo soo much!
